How To Use

diluite one part product in four parts warm water.
Spread the solution obtained on dry fur. Massage and brush the fur to favour penetration of the product. Leave to act for few minutes and then rinse thoroughly. Repeat the operation if necessary.

Our products are covered under Lithuanian and EU consumer protection law. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@groomica.eu within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. If confirmed, we'll offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

You have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items. Sealed hygiene or cosmetic pet products (shampoos, perfumes, wipes, etc.) cannot be returned once opened. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
