Labai pasiteisino skalbiant Bitės guolį, rankšluosčius ir kitus jos daiktus. 🤎 Gerai išskalbia, o po skalbimo tekstilė lieka švari ir maloniai gaivi. Kvapas nėra per stiprus ar įkyrus. Turint didelį šunį, kurio daiktai skalbiami tikrai dažnai, labai patogi priemonė.

Netikėtai puikus pirkinys! Esu išbandžiusi daug priemonių, kadangi turime sergančią katytę ir dėl to ji laikas nuo laikas šlapinasi ant sofų, fotelių ir pan., tačiau ši priemonė tiesiog superinė! Praktiškai užtenka ją panaudoti vieną kartą (kartą purškiau pakartotinai) ir šlapimo kvapas dingo! Džiaugiuosi, kad atradau šį valikliį!

Malonus salstelėjęs kvapas. Prieš tai išbandžiau levandų ir mandarinų kvapo, šis švelniausias, neįkyrus. Svarbiausia, kad tikrai gerai valo, reikia mažo kieko ir efektyviai panaikina kvapą. Po lietingos dienos šlapio šuniuko pėdučių koridoriuje kvapų nelieka pervalius su valikliu. Drėgna šluoste perbraukus kiliminius takus lieka gaivus kvapas. Patinka viskuo. Tikrai pirksiu ir toliau, labai pasiteisino.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Does it come with a warranty?

Our products are covered under Lithuanian and EU consumer protection law. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@groomica.eu within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. If confirmed, we'll offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.

What happens if I don't like it?

If you're a consumer purchasing for personal use, you may return most unused items within 14 days of receiving your order — no explanation needed. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and unopened if hygiene rules apply (e.g. shampoos, wipes, perfumes). To start a return, email hello@groomica.eu before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

What's the returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items. Sealed hygiene or cosmetic pet products (shampoos, perfumes, wipes, etc.) cannot be returned once opened. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items. To request a return, email hello@groomica.eu — do not send items back without confirmation first.
