Items must be unused, in original packaging, and unopened if hygiene rules apply (e.g. shampoos, wipes, perfumes). To start a return, email hello@groomica.eu before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

What's the returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items. Sealed hygiene or cosmetic pet products (shampoos, perfumes, wipes, etc.) cannot be returned once opened. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
